  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or equivalent) and agreeing to accept service of process from the party who provided the original takedown notice.

  5. Your signature (physical or electronic).

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in accordance with applicable laws, unless the original complainant files suit.

4. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

5. No Waiver of Rights

Nothing in this DMCA Policy is intended to waive or limit any rights or defenses you may have under applicable law.
